Do you charge a standard rate per hour for all photographic work?

My rates dependant on the type of photographic work that is required. Not all events or shoots are the same and some of the things that might determine the rates are:

• •  Total duration of the shoot and the working hours;
• •  Preparation needed before, during or after the event/shoot;
• •  Additional equipment needed to do a shoot;
• •  Making use of assistants or 2nd photographers for an event/shoot;
• •  Processing of images.

Do you accept more than one booking for a day?

For weddings, it is a definite NO.   Weddings require more time and I prefer to focus all my attention on the couple to capture the special moments of their day.
For corporate shoots, functions, family and lifestyle shoots it is dependant on the needs of the client. Generally I don't schedule two half day shoots on the same day and I always allow for enough time before and after the scheduled times to prevent running late or rushing between two venues.

Do you have standard wedding packages?

Yes, however I prefer to consult with the bride and groom on their requirements and preferences. It is not possible to cover all the options in a standard wedding package. Also, with everything being more digital these days, it has created a shift in what couples prefer.

Why do you include photo prints in your standard wedding packages with an image DISC?

Often I find couples neglect to print some of their wedding images and have them framed for display. Although they have the images on disc, they only look at them for a time after their wedding and then it gets put away in the closet. What couples forget is that an image dics can be lost or get damaged over time and then they might lose all their wedding images in the process, without ever printing a single image for themselves.
